Welcome
OpenControlPlane is a platform that lets you create and manage Kubernetes-based ControlPlanes for your teams. Think of it as a way to deliver cloud services to your organization. Everything from databases and message queues to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools. Everything through via one API.
End User
Create ControlPlanes, request services, and manage your custom resources.
This requires a running platform already set up by a Platform Owner.
Platform Owner
Deploy and operate the platform infrastructure for your organization.
This gives End Users a place to create ControlPlanes and consume services.
Service Provider
Build and publish custom providers and service offerings.
This extends the platform with services that End Users can request.
Requires a deployed OpenControlPlane platform. Operators: see the Operators section.
